Artist's CommentsI moved the previous version to scraps because I didn't like it and replaced it with this. Changed the background and the feel of it. The only things I didn't change were the lilies and the girl. I had this image in my mind for ages, something flowy and white. Finally it's done! Lotus is a symbol of purity as the chinese saying goes: 'chu yu ni er bu ran', meaning even though it grows in mud, it is not soiled. So this piece symbolises being given a second chance and is 'reborn' pure again. Hope you guys like it.  You can view the first version here. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
